They are two RODO type 1 and I think that both eagles are equal, it is a question only of a visual effect due to the painting of the buckle on the right

Both types of RODO buckles were described some time ago by J.P. Redeuilh in a magnificent thread in the German Daggers Forum, thread that actually is lost, among other differences, the most evident is the presence of the rope under the beak of the eagle in the type 2
