    I cant speak for the tab as I have never collected tabbed buckles.. but the buckle looks great!!

      Nice buckle and the tab looks original but I don't think i've ever seen a Postschutz from this company. The tab might have been added at some point. You might want to search Postschutz, there are some good threads. Kirby

        Kir, I agree with you in the sense that I have never seen a Postschutz by this company. Any of my learned friends have othe comments?

          Well I'm new to buckles but thought I'd look this one up in my books. Angola's "Belt buckle and brocades" on page 464 has an example of a G.H. Osang Dresden 1933 tab'd buckle.
          From the photo's provided I can't see a DRP stamp, maybe there or not. So if not there, does that raise a red flag? or might the belt have been stamped instead of the leather tab?
          Looks like it has already been sold. Assuming it is a good tabbed buckle is $550.00 a fair price? CG has one for $1132.00. Thanks for your help in my education Gentlemen.
