I really should have checked the "fake ss buckles" thread before posting this one. Lesson learned!

I might just grab it as a gift to a re-enactor friend, so they can wear it and destroy it as much as they want to.

yup, its a fake. my dad nearly bought one years ago, but i got him to listen to sense.
