very interesting colorado...
I was thinking either a mixup at the factory or a "left handed"
soldier that prefered his setup this way. The disc slides around on the buckle, not sure if that is unusual or not whether the disc has been removed and then reattatched this way I do not know. The tangs on the disc look like they've been bent only once.
