Even from the somewhat grim image, I would be most wary of this one. Looks uncomfortably similar to the raw steel fakes that abound and even the hazy image claw tips seem wrong.
Hope that Marc wades in on this one and of note, the only original Flemish SS Volunteers that I have seen was a dirty grey composite type metal.
Rare beast though !

First, I would never purchase a buckle without first seeing the back. The fact that this seller does not show the back is immediately suspect. This particular buckle is heavily faked. In fact I would say that 90% of these buckles being offered are bad. I would stay away from this one unless he shows the back and it has unique catch and prong bar. You will see the difference at once when compared to a regular 3rd Reich buckle.
