Overhoff heer/KM fake?

Hello everyone.

I have very very little experience with buckles so I turn to you for advice my dad picked this up in England for me and I have no idea if it's good or not I am leaning towards bad since the mark indicates overhoff ( OLC in a diamond).

And from my little experience the Overhoff eagles have more space around them ( this one seems squeezed in) and have long sexy claws while this one has almost no space between the legs.

Thank you for the reply and as I thought a fake. Poor dad he sounded so excited on the phone after he found it fortunately it wasn't a huge sum of money 40 EUR.
