Officers Claw-Buckle Belts

I have a couple of officer's claw buckle belts and I would like opinions, please. The first one is stamped 105 and has a faint hand-written name and the leather part is 41" long. The buckle is stitched to the belt. The second one does not appear to have any markings and the leather part is 49 1/2" long. The buckle is riveted to the belt.

why teh first one?it has white stitching...??looks wartime please reiterate.
