HELP!!Officer belt

Ok been looking for one of these can you guys tell me what you think?I really really need one and I need to know... its 4.5 cm width.110cm long.looks like white thread to me just dirty.

looks to have a black thread, its made with rough side to inside, no markings of any kind. I wouldnt buy it, can be a bundeswehr belt as well
