Appears to be a somewhat standard sunwheel SA, albeit in a distinctly tired condition.

I agree that the final buckle appears similar in design to the one that you originally posted.

An early production SA and quite common, although the sunwheel swastika in my experience, is harder to find than the mobile swastika.
