    Canvas belt with date

    Probably should have posted this belt here first. Any ideas? Found in a box of TR bayonets and a few leather frogs. MM S K N 1939 S.

        Hi, I've seen lots of these on ebay, marked SKN 1939 and claimed to be german tropical. They look more soviet to me-but I dont know that- and they go for anywhere from about 10-15 euros, though one site has them as a buy it now for 175euros, or something equally stupid, IMO.
