            K M officers

With all due respect, looks like a perfectly correct and standard, line officers Kriegsmarine buckle by Friedrich Linden and company of Ludenscheid - in great condition.

Have never seen a KM belt buckle with a RZM mark.

            Regards,

            David

I have a gold one and a silver one that a vet gave me 35 years ago and neither one of them have an rzm mark. Of course that really doesn't prove anything, but I don't think he ripped me off.

Very nice buckle and 100% 3rd Reich vintage. You can tell this by the shape of the lettering which on the post war buckles is straight up letters not the partial curved "L's" that are on your buckle. Never have seen RZM markings on a Kreigs- marine buckle. They were never under RZM control.

                  Hello all,
I have been curious about the FLL curved vs. straight letters theory myself. Recently I saw online somewhere a well-worn WWII WH aluminum buckle with straight FLL mark, definitely not a fake. Maybe the theory only applies to navy buckles?

Hi Guys, could you give me a price range on this buckle, the seller is asking 50 euro for it, that's about $ 64,-. good, or too high a price ?

For the gold buckle, marked, that's a good price.

I think I see a very faint RZM M4 marking on this one.

Interesting buckle. RZM M / 44 is the only army buckle I know of that is RZM marked. First KM buckle I have ever seen with an RZM marking.
