SS leader buckle made from steel

I need some help with this buckle here - it has no marker mark and is made from steel. What do you think about - good or bad?

Well, for me it looks like Zink too, but the seller said it is magnetic.
I cant check it because I only have this two pics from the buckle. Could it be a good zink buckle without marker mark?

i could be wrong, but the magnet was probably sticking cause of the steel hook.
just a thought though.

Steel... never ever...maybe the prong sleeve, but not the buckle body.
