DLV buckle, need help on originality and value please

Hi all,

I would need some help on a buckle I was just offered. The question is, is it a real one and if yes, what should I maximum pay for it.
I thought on adding it to a DLV uniform I had for awihle.

I think this one is and I would rate value around 180 euros max.

I have one with the leather tab if you do not find a deal with this one.
