Lw belt/buckle right combo?

i think this is a pre-war/early war LW belt of course w/the wrong buckle. the Q is would a blue steel lw buckle be correct with it?

and hoe much of a $ liability is not have the tapered sizing belt inside? by the way the belt end is an 'olc' but the only other marking is a 'I."
(100?) I'd think there'd be something else...
