German Army Officer's Brocade Belt and Buckle

What do you think about this belt and buckle? I'm not great on this kind of thing, but I'm pretty certain both parts are original. Unfortunately, moths have got to the belt over the years, and although the belt is strong - dust does come off it when tampered with! The leather is still strong, and the buckle appears to be in good condition.

Can you guys give me some more info? What would be a good sale price for this belt/buckle?
