Buckle ID needed

A friend of mine at work has a buckle that was given to him by his uncle in the early 70s and he would like some info on it. Since the only thing I know is badges I coming to the experts. He doesn't claim it to be real and doesn't really know or collect, it is just something he has kept over the years.

Hi Don.

Referring to Angolia a prototype of this buckle was produced
although with a toatally different reverse. Sorry, but your´s
a known fake, probably produced in England.
