Your belt buckle is a Prewar German Feuerwehr Officer's from the State of Hannover. Basically 1920s/30s until the Nat'l Swastika pattern replaced the
various "State and City" types.

Not super rare and "no swastika"....but an original 3rd Reich period buckle.
