    What's this worth?

Alright here's the story: I got to clean out a garage of a deceased WWII vet. So with out saying I found some cool ****. One thing I came across in an old chest was an WWII German SS enlisted mans belt with buckle. This belt and buckle are in great shape for there age. The belt is black leather with the shoulder strap. O and before I forget the belt has the SS enlisted man's name on it. The name was W. Brockhaus SS NV3. The buckle is made of nickle and made by O&C ges. gesch. The buckle is in great shape. It has the eagle on it with the tail up and claws wrapped around a wreath. Then a nazi swastika in the middle and the saying My Honor is My Loyalty in German.

Hello and welcome to the forum!

Any chance of photos - that way we can discern authenticity and value.

What is this worth? Hum only what some one will pay for it.

OK let me rephrase that. What does a Belt that can be traced back to it's original owner usually bring in? I'll get some detailed photos soon. Those were big but E-mailed them and yahoo resized on me.

Nothing more than a standard belt if the belt is not RZM/SS marked. It is very hard to track EM names, except if later they became officers.

Told you. The buyer did not pay anything for the belt. You cashed only the buckle
