    Heer officer buckle

    Hello
    I need your help with this buckle, Heer officer buckles are not my field
    My doubts are:
    -Leather belt in this buckle type?
    -Strange eagle head
    -Pink color?
    -Replaced keeper, post sleeve and prongs?
