    Help for identify Austrian belt and buckle

    It seems to me older than 1 WW period , originally it was completely gilded , now remains faint traces ...Will be helpful what do you experts think about....

            Hello,
            Very interesting belt and buckle you have there. Definitely Habsburg Austrian. The double buckle itself seems more suited to a brocade but the leather belt is obviously period. As to what particular branch of service it belongs to, I cannot say. Imperial items don't seem to get a lot of comments here. Maybe try the Imperial section.
