I've this buckle with KM finish > Gold.
It's like Heer parade buckle's.

Was this for KM also ment to be for parade tunic or....
So, which type is it.

indeed a 2 pieces KM was issued for parade purpose, but I strongly believe the example posted is not original.

It looks not artificially aged to me.

Jim,

the first give away sign is showed by the eagle shape, very close a well known repro and to my knowledge never seen before.
I may add the gilding is not what I expected on a period buckle.

Anyway let's wait for further comments....

I echo Ric's comments, the buckle is a fake, the eagle is a known repro, looks more like a chickem than an eagle, sorry but bad buckle
