I do not see red flags with that one, may be black paint needs an in hands inspection.....

I've found 6 of these buckles together on fleamarket in Germany. I kept one nice example and the turned one for my collection. Others for sale.
They are unissued and because of that fact in very good condition. NSBO buckles are not easy to find.
