buckle/belt question

Hello. Are the blue KM buckles meant to be worn w/black or brown leather belts? Also, are the blue buckles strictly coastal artillery? Thanks

Hello Lots of late war buckles SS Heer ect. are painted blue/black. You will find green KM buckles with the eagle M stamp on the tab. All the KM marked belts i've seen have been black. Kirby
