KM Buckle eagle mark

Hello

Just picked up this buckle, someone pointed out to me the eagle stamp on the tab, which they thought was unusual (or fake)

I referenced the threads here and found one similar,

do I need to worry, the buckle to me looks fine, though de-nazified

A shame that this buckle is denazified! The condition was stunning.

No doubt the buckle is genuine and the stamp as well.
The style of the "'M" below the eagle is not the standard one but appears to be a known variant.

I agree, nothing wrong with this buckle or the tab stamp. This is the 2nd. one of these I have seen recently with the swastika damaged the other is on e-stand sans tab.

Jan this is a genuine KM buckle not a pigeon head fake, pity it was denazified as its a very nice peice with a genuine KM eagle stamp on the tab.

many thanks guys! I will check out the fake buckle thread though out of interest, agree this would be a super buckle if it was not de-nazified, but I dont think I would be able to afford one in top condition
