            Hello,

I personally like what I see, of course better pics would help.

                    Belt buckle

                    Hey Matt!

Congrads on both buckles! Where did you snag them? Good haul. Once Ric or JP gives his the issue is closed, the buckles are good.

Not always. Of course I cannot comment for Ric (reason why I removed his name from the above quote) but for me it means they passed most of the tests. Still something could be wrong and not seen during my first screening. Fakers are improving a lot and we should be more cautionous than before!
Later I will make an updated thread about what happened to fake aluminum SS buckles and their overall sizes ...

I agree with JP : an in hands inspection must always confirm what the pics say.

Yes I think it is ok.

My comment was not directed toward your buckle originality but toward how readers should interpret my and . Ric is absolutely correct when he says that everybody could safely rely on a . But when a is provided, there is still a chance I could be wrong (of course I am speaking for myself and myself only). Fakers are much smarter than some would like us to believe! I still recall a I gave few years ago to someone, based on a photo showing a particular detail which was never seen before on earlier fakes. Few monthes later, Ric obtained this buckle in his hands and quickly found it was a fake. Unfortunately it showed fakers learnt the lesson and changed / improved that detail. So, I gave a to a fake and I should not have done so. Keep in mind fakers are using the same tools we are using: web posting and photo comparison. They take time to learn since forgery is their living, not their hobby. They are (and will be) using ANY tool to sell without rising suspicion.
So, use the web and ask questions, consider answers but do not rely solely on them (in case of a of course).
