I was wondering what sort of buckle is this... and if it's original?

It sorta looks like a police/fire buckle... but... SS marks to the back keeper?

Thanks for the help.

I bought a small collection of buckles... and I suspect they are all bad.

He had a mixture of good and bad stuff.

I bought the majority of his collection a year ago... and got back with him recently.

The prices were fair... so... I shouldn't be out by much.

The two other buckles are SS as well. I will post photos of them later today on this thread instead of starting a new one.
