I guess there was a buckle manufacture called Kugel & Fink Lüdenscheid. I cannot find a pic of one but at least I know what K&F stands for. I thought maybe at first Kentucky Fried

a lot of features tell that one is a fake, to say few : maker marking, the way the disk is held in place, finishing, obverse details, ecc....

Try to do a search in the Forum archive and you will be able to see a lot of original ones :
