Opinion about Luftwaffe belt & buckle

Aluminium belt and buckle from 1939
Both are stamped. The buckle is from Assmann
and the belt from LBA (luftwaffe bekleidungsamt).

What do you think about the quality?
What price is reaseonable for the seller to ask me?
