SS EM buckle Flat back.

I am posting this for a friend of mine. Basically I think this is not only a good buckle but a rare one as well. I just wanted to run it by the Forum to make sure it it good as well as a rough idea of price. Any help would be appreciated.

Photo 2 Looks like 822/39 but hard to read in the photo. I can get confirmation on the markings if needed.

Ric, et al,

I just want to set the record straight on this buckle. It is not mine. The owner was not sure it was a good buckle and asked if I could authenicate. I always thought it was a good one when he first showed me the photo. I posted it just to double check. At this time I know he is not interested in selling the buckle but I will keep in mind anyone who expresses an interest and pass their names on to him if he does decide to sell it.
