What About This HJ Buckle?

Picked this up years ago from a German couple selling 3R items at a gun show, looking at some of the buckles shown here I'm wondering if it's any good. Thanks, Chuck

buckle and tag are legit
this maker also made a die struck zinc version (HJ) also
