    Weimar era Reichsmarine buckle?

    A dealer offer...
A strange 45x30mm (SMALL!!) stamped steel buckle with a gilded finish.
    Perhaps Weimar era Navy??
It has a roller clasp on the reverse...so perhaps intended for a web belt of some sort? Anybody recognize this type?

This is a privat purchased buckle for
        "Leibriemen" (small belt, trousers).
        Gold platet.
        Wear by the Kriegsmarine.
ImHo it is 100 % OK

        Hope it helps

I agree; this is a very nice buckle you have found for your collection. This type buckle catch is often seen on similar size Stahlhelm and Turnerbund type buckles.
