What you mean? There was no SS EM dress belt buckles. SS Officers had the right to wear "out dress" belts and buckles (SS brocades) but there was no specific regulations for EM. Your best choice for this set up could be a reproduction SS EM in nickel silver (about $30) but yet there was no distinction between field and out dress use, except for the belt itself (not the buckle).
