Heer Belt & Aluminum Buckle, well marked

I just got my new belt and buckle today and I thought I would post a few pictures. Does anyone know what the markings on the belt are?

Buckle : LKO = Lois Keller Oberstein.. missing the tab.

Markings on the belt : L. d L.NS Leiter der Luft Nachrichten Schulen
school for radio operator. These schools belongs to the air-force.
ABN 1935 that's very early..the Luftwaffe was found on the 1th of march 1935

could it be that this belt is 40mm wide?

Thank you very much for that information! I appreciate it. The belt is quite close to 40mm wide, about 42-43mm. Does that mean anything?
