    Pebbled Nickel Army Buckle

    Carrying on with the boredom tour of German WWII enlisted military buckles I present a pebbled nickel army. In my 30 odd years (emphasis on the odd) of collecting this is the only one I ever bought "out of the woods".

        That nickel Luftwaffes sound interesting. I checked just now and I don't have one. I do have a silver painted smooth steel Luftwaffe which are (or were) surprisingly hard to find.

              Ben,

              try to compare the reverse pic with another one from a buckle certified by Steinhauer & Lueck: I believe the ears shape and the tools mark left on the bottom one are the same.

              Best

                  Hello Together,
                  @Ric it is 100% a St & L buckle...
                  The comparison should be made with a buckle of nickel... DJ, HJ, or RW.
                  With the best greetings

                  Raphael
