Sorry but what is the linkage between the two buckles?
Same producer ok but...

Anyway I would be very carefull before saying ok to the first "green buckle".. imho could be an attempt to hide casting traces. Bad pictures. Hard to say anything.

About the second one, can you give the measures?

SS 36/40 green painted is a cast repro IMO.

I think too the Green one is a fake. Green painted to hide cast flaws.
What about the other one? Do you have better picts?

Green IMO cast, the other have good chanses to be an original, but needs more detaills picturs for 100% shure
