Jungdeutscher Orden
Nice buckles!
But I think the buckle in posting #5 (the one left on the top) is "Jungdeutscher Orden" and not Stahlhelm, right?Comment

Hello In Angolia's book he says Jungdeutscher Orden is a youth element of the Stahlhelm. KirbyComment

But it is not correct ! The "Jungdeutscher Orden" has nothig to do with a youth organsation of the Stahlhelm. The youth organisations were Scharnhorst (Bund deutscher Jungmannen) and the Jungstahlhelm. You have nice examples of these youth organisations in your collection!Originally posted by klr View Post

Hello Thanks for the information on the Jungdeutscher Orden. P38 I don't have one of the those Jungstahlhelm buckle. I found one on a dealers sight a few months ago but it was around $500-$550. More than I was willing to pay. Ric That is a nice one. It came in a collection I bought. The guy had put varnish on the brass buckles. I wouldn't do this but it does keep the buckles looking good.
