I thought that this HJ may be of interest due to the belt hook catch. A well documented form of construction, although I wonder if it was utilised by any others than Assmann ? Regards, David

Only Assmann produced this type of catch. It never caught on as it was very prone to breakage. Not a catch you see very often. I would classify it as scarce.

I know it from Bahnschutz, Hitler Youth and Werkschar(DAF).
