Belt and buckle check

Hi all. I recived this belt with Alu buckle today. I just wanted to hear oppinions regarding originality of it. The Buckle has some wear on the eagle and the Swastika.There Swas looks a bit crocked. There is ano makermark at the buckle. The is an makerstamp on the leatherstrap, but i cant make out what it says.
