Hello Tim,

the buckle is original and made by Noelle & Hueck : the whole marking near the catch is N & H L , with N & H probably not visible due to the laurel wreath recess.

By the tab close-up the maker appears located in Duisburg, in spite of the fact that Noelle was located in Luedenscheid.
