    belt question

    I know absolutely nothing about belts and buckles. I was hoping for a little assistance about a luft belt/buckle that was given to me by a 101st airborne vet. I believe it is an EM combination. On the belt is the LBA 39 faintly, but below it stamped is
    Fl.H.Kdtr.Schwerin. What does this mean? Thank you.
