Opinions on this Heer em buckle

    Hi folks,
I found this painted Heer buckle by Assmann in one of the boxes of militaria I bought a few weeks a go. What do you folks think?

    Regards,
    Jody

          Hi Jody!

          What a great condition!!

I personally like what I see, but I must admit that I never have observed the Assmann marking before on a Heer buckle! Maybe an early variant?

          Regards,
          Guido

Hmmm.. I've never seen that Assmann marking before but, I certainly agree with Guido 100% and like what I see very much!

VERY NICE especially for an aluminum example !

              Jody,

Very nice alum pebbled Heer. The "A" stamp is consistant with this firms markings and I believe this to be a '37 manufactured piece.

Great condition - let me know if you decide to move it.

                    Hello folks,
Thank you fellas. What would such a thing be worth?
