this is a ground dug from a german forum. The guy found it in Kärnten " Austria ". Do you have any informations about this buckle?

Hello Sascha,

the Austrian/German digger has found an interesting buckle indeed scarce.
The buckle was probably issued to German people in Kroatien, below a related thread :
