A buckle similar to the one shown on the left is pictured on Angolia's book and described as unindentified and I'm not able to add more : badges are not my field.

He says its marked with:
PZM (doppelt umkreist) 155/40 und SS (doppelt umkreist).
He probally means RZM with PZM
