the color of this one seems of a darker shade that the others usually met, the small web tab receiving thr buckle is also unusual. I'ne already seen some dark green tabs but never in this tan color and never with both rounded ends.
Do you mean that all un-issued web belt are dark green and then get "yellow sand" with time?

no, there are unissued green or tan web belts and used green or tan web belts...green web belts don't turn tan with time...
