    Early belt and buckle 1935

What is this one? I am not sure if this belt and buckle were originally together, but this is how it came to me. It is hard for me to read the stampings on the tab, and I do not know what the unit markings on the belt read.

    Thanks,
    Ron

Wow that's a wonderfull buckle Ron . Congratulations!!!

The buckle leather tab is marked :
    OTTO JAHNKE
    LEDERWARENFABRIK
    BERLIN 1935

And the belt: Beckleidungs Amt Fürth (clothing depot of Fürth town).

Super buckle and in my opinion, the buckle and the leather tongue have always been together. An excellent duo of markings and which of course show both the buckle maker (or distributor) and the buckle end user.

The markings suggesting that Wehrmacht-Luftwaffe, rather than DLV.

      Regards,

      David
