I think the belt and the shoulder strap is Original.. but the ink-stamp is a new one, because the Zip Code in this stamp exists since 1993. So try to remove this ink stamp and your belt is OK.

Hello there,

I wonder if the keepers are original to the belt? They look like a slightly different color. Very nice belt and cross-strap though.
