Strange buckle...need opinions

Hi Guys....thanks for your interesting posts on my thread....it seems to be not so easy to detect this buckle (for not buckle guys and not only...).....and I am also still not so convinced about it.......the early "NS association" seems to be not so bad...also comparing it with that posted in the old thread.......could be an original one fixed on a repro buckle? only my 2 cents btw........

Granted fake OLT's becoming potential originals, certified original SS with rotated swastika becoming fantasy post war creations...
Original patinas are removed and miror polished is used as reference...
What are we leaving behind us? Was the work of some done for nothing?
Maybe we should also leave alone those idiotic symbols after all ...

Since someone asked my opinion by private message, here it is:
I deeply believe Ric brought the correct answer. At least, no matter what, those prongs <-- idiotic symbols - sorry - should not be questionned.
