Too bright Assman SS belt buckle

Hello:

This belt buckle is in sale in a militaria, apparently as they say, without marking, though he looks an SS 155/40. I do not have any more photos, initially it looks good to me, but the finnish of the reverse and in general there is something that it makes me distrust

I need your opinions

Can be a 155/40 Type 2 or a 155/43 Type 1. Anyhow, an original but which has been indeed (you are very correct) hightly buffed.
It is a shame since whoever did the job killed the historical value of this buckle. The origiinal condition with all it could bring as information, along with its (loved by many) patina are forever gone. This could be a nice purchase for who likes shiny buckles with no historical value (one can find such persons in any Forum) but not a piece for who likes to collect decent buckles IMHO
