Heer belt buckle manufacturer ID?

hello! I am unable to identify/read the maker on this. Top kinda looks like H. ARLD and the bottom is clearly Nuermburg. there are no other markings on this Heer buckle.

Is anybody familiar with this maker? Thanks in advance!

well known maker, try "arld" with the search function and you'll see a lot of post showing buckle of this maker...

is there a marking "H A" on the buckle under the roller bar ?

Great, thank you. I cannot see anything on the buckle...then again, it is rather cruddy under there....
