The maker is Richard Sieper & Sons the company had been in the town Lüdenscheid.

BTW...a very very nice buckle.

Very nice buckle by Richard Sieper Sohne. Aluminium still has lots of detail and the tab is also unit marked like Ingo said, a very nice buckle indeed

The unit, which is marked on the leather tab, IMO it must be the 3rd Battalion, 13th Infantry Regiment.
